Shipping

When will my pillow arrive?

Have you ordered scatter pillow? Then you can expect your pillow in your home within 1 business day!

Did you design your pillow yourself? Then allow for a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks.

What are the shipping costs?

With us, you do not pay separately for your shipping costs when shipping within the European Union.

Do you also ship internationally?

Sure! At Sit & Heat we want to warm everyone, that's why we ship to almost every country in the world. For some countries we do charge slightly higher shipping costs, you can find these here. vinden.

Returns

How can I return my pillow?

To return your pillow you can fill out this form on our website. We will then send you a return label as soon as possible so you can send the pillow to us.

What does it cost to return my product?

Within the Netherlands and Belgium you can return your pillow for free. Unfortunately, we do have to charge for returns from other countries. We do this to protect the environment. Fill out the return form in to see what it costs to return your product.

What are the options?

With us, nothing is too crazy. We can custom make pillows for any sofa and any chair. So you can be sure to enjoy a wonderfully warm pillow. Don't see an option for your sofa or chair in our webshop? Then please contact us here.

Where will my pillow be made?

All our custom-made cushions are designed and produced in the Netherlands. So you know that you always get the best quality and fairly produced cushions in your home.

How does the system work?

What kind of heat source is in the cushions?

Our pillows are equipped with a heat mat. Depending on the type of cushion you order, the capacity of the heat mat is also adjusted.

Is my pillow waterproof?

No, the cushion is not completely waterproof. However, the fabrics we use are water- and dirt-repellent so it is not a problem if the cushions get a splash of water on them, but because the cushion is equipped with an electric heat mat, the cushion cannot get wet through and through.

How long will my pillow stay warm?

With a full power bank, you can enjoy a warm plush pillow for up to 5 hours.

With our seat cushions, you will enjoy about 4 to 6 hours of heat with a full battery.

Our sofa cushions stay warm as long as you want, since you plug them directly into AC power.

How does my pillow go on/off?

Our pillows can be turned on by pressing the button on the side after connecting the powebank with the USB cable. You can turn off your pillow by pressing the button again. You can leave the powerbank in the pillow even when you are not using it.

Our chair and sofa cushions turn on as soon as you sit on them and have them connected to a battery or mains power. They turn off automatically after 2 minutes when nobody is sitting on the cushion. Very convenient and good for the environment!

Can I also have the system built into my chair?

Sure! We can build our systems into almost any chair or sofa. Send through this form some pictures and a description of your needs and we'll see what we can do for you as soon as possible!

Warranty

What warranty do I have for my custom pillow?

On all our cushions we offer a standard 1 year warranty. This warranty covers all defects that you would not expect with normal use of the cushion. Should your cushion unexpectedly develop a defect after this time, please contact us so we can look at the possibilities for your specific situation.
